Disclaimer of Liability

By using this bot, you acknowledge and agree that your Discord bot is the one sending the messages. The creator of this service (bread-cat) is not responsible or accountable if your Discord account or bot gets banned, suspended, or faces any other consequences from Discord. You use this service entirely at your own risk.

Potential Consequences

By using this service, you may experience:

Account Termination - Your Discord account may be permanently banned
Bot Deletion - Your Discord bot application may be deleted by Discord
IP Bans - Discord may ban your IP address from creating new accounts
Server Bans - You may be banned from servers you attempt to use this on
Legal Action - Server owners may pursue legal action for damages caused
Loss of Data - Any servers, friends, messages, or other data tied to your account may be lost forever

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Nuke Bot, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this service. Your continued use of this service constitutes acceptance of any future changes to these terms.

2. Use at Your Own Risk

This service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. You are solely responsible for any actions performed using your bot token. The creator assumes no liability for any damages, bans, account losses, or other consequences resulting from the use of this service.

3. Your Responsibility

You are fully responsible for:

Ensuring you have proper authorization to perform actions on any Discord server
Any messages, channels, or actions performed by your bot
Keeping your bot token secure and private
Understanding that actions taken cannot be reversed
Any consequences that arise from using this service

4. Bot Token Security

Your bot token is your responsibility. We do not store your bot token after use. However, you should treat your bot token like a password. If you believe your token has been compromised, regenerate it immediately in the Discord Developer Portal.

5. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees that:

The service will work as intended
The service will be available at all times
Your account will not be banned
Any specific outcome will occur

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this service at any time without notice. We may also modify these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the creator (bread-cat) from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of this service or violation of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the creator be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of accounts, data, reputation, or any other damages.

9. Agreement

By using this service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You acknowledge that you are using this service at your own risk and that the creator bears no responsibility for any consequences.
